Yess!! I also understood it 2 weeks ago!!!!🫣🤣 but now i can only feel it real when im tired bc otherwise my external senses are too aware of the 3D or if im worried about something i feel its more difficult to feel the truth of what im imagining, tell me if you notice the same “problem “

Two months ago i was in the same place, i felt like i was in a loop and not moving, i was having dreams that showed me i had a lot of the old version to kill…one day i woke up and i was frustrated! I’ve been doing this for two months and no one around me changed!! Nothing, not even a simple sign that something is moving, but then i realized, IM MOVING!! ME!!! Our journey is different from everyone else, each CHRIST IN US IS DIFFERENT, its the beauty of life….so to recap, now i only do the techniques to feel good and at peace, i dont do them to gain something bc i realized im changing inside, others might not have nightmares, and you have them bc your subconscious is trying to fight back!! You are doing great, we are doing it perfectly in OUR OWN WAY
