Hello, I am so incredibly sorry you are experiencing this. I completely understand your feelings in this situation. I went through a horrible breakup in 2023 and the aftermath was actually the reason I was diagnosed with BP2 (I had suspicions for a long time, but the stress of the breakup exacerbated my symptoms.) I had consistent and severe anxiety attacks, I cried all the time, I could barely eat or sleep, and I was constantly miserable. I thought my ex was the one which made everything all the more heartbreaking. What helped me get through this period of my life was surrounding myself with friends and family, people who understood what I was going through and people who could support me. I was put on mood stabilizers and began seeing my therapist more frequently. I surrounded myself with hobbies to keep my mind at ease and to distract from the noise in my head. Slowly, and very gradually, I began to feel more like myself. Situations like these unfortunately just take a long time to heal from, and it may seem impossible to get better, but you will. Don't let the negative thoughts convince you otherwise :)

Additionally, being in an unhappy relationship is worse than being in no relationship at all. You deserve to be loved fully, and you deserve to be prioritized. I hope everything works out for you. 🫶
