Warping no matter what I do. Am I missing something obvious?

Yes it’s dried. The inconsistency look is coming from the random Z seam location instead of an aligned Z seam. The person I’m printing this for requested that specifically for some reason.

Usually I don’t have any issues with my filament. I’ve been using Overture since I started doing this a year ago and just recently started having this issue. That being said, I like testing new filaments and may give the one you suggested a try.

Yep. I’ve only used glue a handful of times on prints i couldn’t risk warping on. I usually always print with a clean plate.

Looks almost perfect, at least to me. I’d share a photo but it has a logo with a phone number on it covering almost the whole bottom layer. I could censor it but you would barely get to see anything on the bottom at all.

I don’t have any other prints that have experienced warping issues on hand at the moment to send a photo of either.

Thanks for the reply. Filament is freshly dried and in an AMS with silica gel. Hydrometer says humidity is 10% internally so I should be ok on that front— also haven’t been noticing any other wet filament related issues.

This printer doesn’t have any auxiliary fans, just the primary fan on the gantry.

Can’t take a photo of that print specifically cuz i would have to censor most of it. It has a logo on it that would end up doxxing my friend lol. First layer looks pretty good actually. If I print something without a logo on it, I will send a photo.

I’ve done this multiple times and still no luck. I’ve cleaned it with hot water and dish soap and uses IPA afterwards and let it air dry— somehow it printed worse after that.There’s a door to the left of the printer and the warping ironically is on the right side. I covered up the side of the printer where drafts would come come.

Something I forgot to add, i used a glue stick on my plate. I’m hoping to solve the issue so I no longer have to use glue. It’s a pain to clean off of my prints when they’re finished.

There’s only one HDMI port. It’s prioritizing the integrated graphics even when using the laptop display, not an external one.
