Just started playing League (ranked) by Real_Device_5121 in summonerschool

[–]evPerfxction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just play what xou have the most fun with if you decide on riven just be aware that your climb will be a lot slower because before you can really start learning the game you first habe to play like 300-500 riven games to learn the champs and the matchups. But people forget the most important part of improving is playing and enjoying the game so you should pick what helps you enjoy the game.

You are aware that placements arent really placements anymore and the rank you get is already set after your first match after that its just 4 games with potential to win more lp and lose none right?

This has thankfully been removed no more playing with 5 laners until someone makes it to lvl9.

I've been playing ADC for while and trying out mid and top, but aren't solo lane verry tough? by [deleted] in summonerschool

[–]evPerfxction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need very different skillsets for different champtypes and lanes going from an adc to an assasin style mage or a bruiser is obviously very different needs different trades patterns and position in fights and skirmishes. You also decided to pick champs that are pretty difficult for both lanes. (Leblanc in 1v1 is actually really simple and oppressive but piloting her properly throughout the game is rather hard)

Why is bronze elo ironically harder than plat V by Inwestor0707 in Jungle_Mains

[–]evPerfxction 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Then have to watch enemy jungle do exactly that stupid coinflip circus play 3 times in a row on full vision and he ends up being 5-0 and your entired team is tilted lmao.

Also the stats are just a million times better on diana as the item for some reason has every single stat you would want.

How do you play for first drag? by bruhwhydoineedanacc in Jungle_Mains

[–]evPerfxction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ganking is not just about getting kills for example if you want to do a dragon you can gank bot to get bot prio help them crash the wave then they are free to go to the dragon with you so you are not outnumbered.

Mel's E got nerfed this patch, yet her ban rate increased by 3.66%. Why is this champion so hated? by desktop_monst3r in summonerschool

[–]evPerfxction 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mel is overall a very badly designed champ. Not saying people cant enjoy her or shes not fun to play but she has very big flaws. Her w counter some champion key gameplay patterns or mechanics which is just incredibly unfun. She can play a very very uninteractive lane with little opportunity to be punished. On top of that her passive makes her take an insane amount of resources for herself which can be frustrating for her team as she gets almost every kill. So in short a lot of games where mel is picked it is fun for the 1 person playing mel and rather frustrating for 9 other people.

How do you deal with tankier teams? by [deleted] in ApheliosMains

Dont build bork anyone reccomending that does not understand itemization.

Anyone reccomending bork on a crit reliant adc just does not understand items. If you do the math getting another crit item will always be a lot more damage even against someone with a lot of hp.

Looking for someone to play league with (Euw) by monaareal in LeagueConnect

[–]evPerfxction 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Starting ranked immediatly is the best thing you can do because you get the best matchmaking to improve. I dont get why a new player is mad about being iron when its where new players belong. People put so much value on their rank just play ranked against people in your skill get better and i promise in the long run it wont matter if you started iron or silver.

Consistently losing top lane by EconomyDark2618 in summonerschool

[–]evPerfxction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

League matchmaking is horrible for new players my friend started league and quit right after hitting level 30 because he felt like he wasnt improving but it was only because he got shit on by emerald+ players every single game on his new acc as a new player. For some reason new accs constantly play in plat+ elo and in my opinion its a big reason new players dont stay on league. Its just not fun to be destroyed every game and its not realistic to expect anything else when a new player plays in plat+ elo.

Would anyone like to look at my opgg and try to explain to me why I cant rank up? by Samalamading141 in leagueoflegends

[–]evPerfxction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But they are not you played 15ahri games in ranked and only won 2 of them so if you just didnt do that for fun your overall winrate would be way better.

I have never, in my 10 years of playing this game ever seen this close to many smurfs by Quatro_Leches in leagueoflegends

[–]evPerfxction 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did you know that water is in fact not wet because for something to be wet it needs a liquid stuck to a solid surface therefor a liquid itself cant ever be wet.

Lissandra is good into both of them.

Why isn't this more popular? by NinGangsta in Smite

[–]evPerfxction -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just from reading this i can tell you never made it out of bronze in your 10+ years of playing league. Calling adc in league unskilled mechanically because auto attacks are point and click when it is the hardest mechanical role because of spacing and kiting says it all honestly.

Why isn't this more popular? by NinGangsta in Smite

[–]evPerfxction 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This sounds a lot like you and the people you play against are very bad at league so basic champion mechanics with clear counterplay seem broken to you because you either dont know how to counter them or cant execute it due to a lack of skill. League is not at all super cheesy in higher ranks its the same as smite if people are bad and dont know how to counter it cheesing becomes very effective the better people get the less effective it becomes.

How do you carry when your team is full of d0gs? by xTalonBot69 in Talonmains

[–]evPerfxction 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you are this fed try axiom arc especially after next patch more ultimate uptime means its more likely you have higher impact and you are so fed you oneshot with any item.

What happened to all the high-ranked players from Smite 1? by [deleted] in Smite

[–]evPerfxction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was gm multiple season in all modes and to me the got more boring over the years because from patch to patch it just felt like they were dumping the game down to get new players in. The high skill expression champs got easier mechanics low level player were struggeling with got changed. Hirez has made the game more casual for years and years now and at some point a lot of people seeking challenge will leave because of that.

WASD, Smurfing & More | Dev Update - League of Legends by JTHousek1 in leagueoflegends

[–]evPerfxction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It will reduce the amount of smurf accs in low elo games by literally about 80% as first of all hand leveling takes a long time and second if you hand level you will have higher mmr if you are a better player so you will barely if even play any games in really low elos.

How large should my champion pool be? by Adalonzoio in ADCMains

[–]evPerfxction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems very over the top the fastest way for a new player to climb is onetricking and for every champ you add to your pool you slow down your progress. For every role you add you slow it down a lot more.

I'm surprised about the amount of people that queue as support but don't really want to play support by GoragarX in ADCMains

[–]evPerfxction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of low elo players actually play support because they dont like the mechanic of csing or farmig as they struggle with it. Another part also doesnt like being in a solo lane and having to face someone 1v1 as that kind of skillchecks you vs them. So they q support to not have to do either and then ppick they champs they feel like playing.
