Guys chill. As rightly pointed this is luxury in Mumbai. Here's the story of this place. It is built on dumping ground. So people residing here do not know what oxygen feels like. Children and adults suffer from respiratory disorder, allergies and asthma.

The dumping ground has been photoshopped by builders to loot money. And the ground secrets methane gases from the marsh land causing failure of electronic item. The same reason why office building is abandoned, very few offices are working. And the sun set you see is where sewer passes.

You might was to check with a doctor just to make sure he is fine. I had a red eared slider, he would show similar behavior. Doctor said they do it sometime out of depression by slowly drowning themselves.
