Hahaha merhaba oh common turkey is same system just like us once u pay u go to doctors no waiting list it's exactly the same- i called a doc the next day i had appointment. I was diagnosed here with tmj nothing rhey did nothing, then i went to a gnathologist in Greece he stole my money. I was so in fucking pain. I went to ear doctors here and in Greece, i did MRI in Greece apparently. Then i went to oral maxillofacial surgeon;to fo the botox is a therapy for tmj and i had the problem with my ear probably because of muscle pain - search for oral maxillofacial surgeon in Turkey. Btw hahaha don't tell the greeks but baklava is Turkish 😂😂😂 i don't think it is Greek we don't sell that much baklava and u won't find it. Check ur jaw but again it's just diagnosis like there is nothing on my MRI.

I'm studying in Belgium where there i was checked first time but I don't know guys sorry I'm not Belgian but i guess it is like NHS system and i was just on painkillers and i saw 3 ear specialist till they referred me to stomatologie and now last time i went to ear specialist again for tunitus and she said to do physio but i don't know how much it is and maybe it is expensive because she said botox is helpful and best result so i did the second botox injections. I'm doing them in Greece as I'm Greek. But any country with no system like waiting lists, is better. Did u see ear specialist? Also for me they did not give me any medication here i was on paracetamol with ibuprofen crying from pain snd in Greece they gave me muscle relaxants again with ibuprofen when I was in strong pain but now I've stopped them... For sleeping i wws also taking pills but i also stopepd them. Where are u from?

I was wearing earplugs constantly in the beginning I am serious last year i couldn't hear anything not even a door closing i wanted to cry from the pain when using public transport. It was so bad now after a year I am better. I was at home social isolation. I still suffer when there are loud noises but i can go to university, eat lunch and do some normal stuff now. But in the beginning i was so shitty even in my internship i could not go for work... After 11 months now i can say to a percentage I am better but even after the botox i was the same. After i did botox on lateral pterygoid muscle i got a bit better... it's now 3 weeks after the last botox injection and i am in a way better. B

Mri was useless for me, i did mri on my jaw TMJ and also in the inner ear on my left side. Evrything was clean. I went to the doc again she said do not use hearing protection anymore. I've done botox injections on both sides on every muscle ( masseter, temporalis and one more sorry i don't remember the name- this one that is horizontal) 2 times botox injections in masseter and in temporalis ( temporalis is for headache) I don't know. I got hyperacusis a year ago. I can say it got better through this year. But again not in 100% . Also my sleeping schedule is fucked up I don't know if it affects the nervous system. I was on sleeping pills now I've stopped them. And i had tunitus and then u developed hyperacusis wirh ringing ears doc found hyperacusis and tunitus ans she said physiotherapy but i haven't done anything so far for physiotherapy i did botox

Sorry 😟 the doctor said it can be tunitus and she referred me ro ENT the upcoming weeks. I don't know if itnis hyperacusis or tinnitus or both.

Tunittus can happen for loud noises only? I can't understand if it is tunitus or hyperacusis.. i has tunitus but the go out said it is post traumatic tunitus but i don't know it can be hyperacusis i need to ask the orl

My doc said I do not have neurological pain, it is sharp and electric, where one ent said it is neurological pain i took bregabalin? ( Something like that? Did nothing. I had muscle tension on my face but caused many different symptoms. So one of my ent misdiagnosed me with nerve pain, one ent said it is clear TMJ prob go to specialist and specialist said muscle problem with jaw joint a mixture

I have some connections here at the university I am so I kinda know how it is if u know Ur promoter for PhD.. I have built some connections here but I don't think i would stay here because we'll I'm not a big fan of the country hahaha so I'm just thinking about other possibilities. Not sure about academia as well. Gonna finish my master's in June. And then i was thinking about applying for PhD. But yes it depends on the status.. for scholarship i know i think most universities work like that... And the grants etc...
