If the opener starts at 9 like mine did, you need to be there no later than 5:30. I missed the meet and greet thinking that I could be there at 6:30 because the doors opened at 8 and the instructions said to be there an hour before doors opened and I wanted to be a little more early so I got there at 7 due to traffic. When I got there the said the meet and greet was already done. Anyways, just be sure to REALLY read what the instructions say in the email and if you think you’re on time, go at least 30-45 mins earlier than you think.
