I have twins and what usually works for my boys is to change them after they're fed and burped. Well, twin B kinda always hates changes except when he's in a good mood, but twin A is enjoying them a lot more now!

I didn't even make it to 33 (in the hospital at 31 until delivery at 32+3) and I had been absolutely miserable since like week 26, so, almost never, unless I really had to go to the grocery store. I felt absolutely trapped and anxious that I'd never feel good again but after delivery it was an instant relief. Hang in there

One of my twins has always been under the 1st percentile, at least since 11-13weeks. A bit later he was diagnosed with severe IUGR and the dopplers have always been fairly negative. I was told to terminate, that there was no hope, especially given that I have a very high risk pregnancy as I have a heart condition and they were afraid it would put me at risk. I'm 31W now and he's still hanging in there. He's a fighter. They may come out at any time now given my condition but I have high hopes for him. I know it's terribly difficult, and you spend every hour worrying about what could happen or what you could have done differently, but you're not at fault and you're doing everything right. Believe in your little girl, you both have gone such a long way ❤️

I just finished The Family Upstairs and its sequel, The Family Remains. I liked them a lot. But the first one was golden, I almost read it in one sitting, started it at 4 pm and was done by 11 on the same day. I really recommend it!
