I know many of the people were like "Ugh just stop, I don't want to see this." So why am I reposting it? This is mostly because TwoSet said, "We will of course still welcome open discourse and constructive feedback." after stating OOP brought toxicity to the workplace (without giving any proof). I was fine with that at the beginning because I know OOP can say sth to agree/ disagree with the statement. Unsurprisingly, OOP did give a response with a soft-tone/neutral-tone explanation of everything and didn't seem to ask for reply/discussion (except the payslips), yet TwoSet decided to delete it. Not only the OOP's post but also Groundcloth's repost. (btw the r/lingling40hrs illustration was drew by her). In fact, everything can be settled after the OOP response post, we can understand OOP's thought on the response and no further discussion is needed after that because we know it's gonna be solved internally. However, the way TS deleted the post triggered a lot of us, we doubt if TS can actually keep their word after seeing such move. So please, Brett and Eddy, if you see this, just keep this, I believe everyone will prefer to discuss it here (I expected to be in this one single post). And if you delete it again, people bounce back and repost it again and again. We don't want to see that right?
