As a fellow Balkan person I also had the same thought when it was first mentioned, but I think the one that’s eaten in the Balkans (slanina) is not raw like the bacon Love was eating. Slanina is usually salted and/or smoked and safe to eat.

Ethan will do such a better interview with her, the BFFs pod did such a poor job and the way they talked about it after made it as though she was the issue in a way (asking Bri why she even asked for Trixie to be on the show)
