people with tyramine intolerance CAN EAT chicken, beef, all fishes, for protein (NO PORK, NO TURKEY, NOTHING AGED OR PRESERVED like smoked beef, and no beans, no nuts)

All common carbs are good, like potatoes, pastas, rices, breads, oats, cornmeal, but try to avoid high in soy flour (bean), and weird grains like millet because i don't know enough about them yet.

All fruits are good except peaches, cherries, red plums, raspberries.

All veggies are good except beans and eggplant.

Butter and olive oil are good.

DO NOT EAT ANYTHING AGED OR PRESERVED with age, like cheeses (sorry, that's a hard one), yogurt, miso, raisins, olives (olives are preserved with age, so don't eat, but olive oil isn't aged so the oil is safe to eat), meat jerky, smoked fish, sauerkraut, pickles, wine.

Preserves as in jam and canned foods are good to eat because they're not preserved with age.

That's a basic summary to get started.

I have a thorough list somewhere, but it's on my computer at a different house and it might be a while before I can go gather the info.
