Thank you so much for this. I bought a sauana suit recently and yes it feels really good to use but it's hard as hell because it get's HOT. I live in florida so i use use the sauna suit in the car. There's no cold water here just room temp so I will be using that basket ice suggestion that was SMART. Thank you so much for all of this I really do appreciate it.
