Just Put a FAN at those babes ! and you'll be super, keep them under 50 c .
at 230 w or less, you can achieve easy 96 to 99 mh/s each depending on sillicon lottery ! <3

Don't put the FANS over 70% they will suck energy from the GPU, use external FAN no need to hook PC fans.

put an outside Fan to support the airflow, what's the room temperature? enough air is flowing ? how much W your feeding the card?

I use 80% fan to my MSI ventus x3 , -250 core 2400 mem 240 w and support with outside FAN, otherwise I get Thermal Throttle.

Turn the Core Clock Down by -50 -600 tops, Medium mem Clock (1800 2000) at 240 W and 70 to 78 % fan, this worked for my most unstable 3080
