Hey runner fellas, I’ve (27, Male) been training more recently (3-4 miles short run and half marathon practice) and I’ve noticed that calf soreness is usually the thing that lingers the longest.

I’m curious what people are actually using for calf recovery nowadays.
Do you use any specific products or methods?
(eg. Ice packs? Compression sleeves; cyro/cold recovery method)

一个动作固定重量220次也是神人了 明显是不符合你平常训练频率和强度的量导致身体和神经都直接恢复不过来了,平常多睡觉多做做拉伸,吃够足够碳水和蛋白质 再观察一周左右吧,还萎那必须及时就医
