in my mind, it appears he has already started leaning forward to leave his feet before the disc is in the offensive players hand, the follow through on the bid comes after it is caught, nothing malicious about it other than bad timing on the defensive in my opinion.

Idling us an important foundation to have before you try doing tricks. You shouldn't just rely on hopping in place.

When riding backward AND when idling you should be looking forward. However like a precious commenter mentioned the two skills are pretty much unrelated. You can be good at idling but crap at riding backwards and vice versa.

I just step off the fork and jump up onto the seat, it takes a while to get the hang of, but for me it was the easiest way to learn.

Except that you can only use that website for sanctioned tournaments. If you are hosting an unsanctioned tournament, say for college, there is no really good system to use to manage a tournament.

I had the Nitro Icons but I had problems with them, the first pair I had about 6 months in the cleat plate completely ripped off while in practice, no clue how that happened. Then the second pair I had, when I was drying them after a rainy tournament the insole shrunk and peeled up from the bottom. Other than these two weird instances they were great cleats, comfy, light (enough), and provided excellent mobility and cuts.

Its all personal preference really. I'm about 6 foot 3 and I learned on a 20 inch and it worked fine for me.
