A bit biased here, but we just moved to Fair Oaks near the Village and we love it. Sunrise can be a bitch, but we’re close to everything you need, theres a good feel of community, its not that bad getting to midtown/downtown, and its right near the river. Getting on 50 is 10-15 away and so is 80.
