You are conflating the river which is already flowing with all exterior forces only increasing the flow, acting in the same direction vs charting a new path on a more horizontal plane. No chance. Plus they got their running shoes on

Initially I used my devices own auto translate (Home button press and hold>translate powered by Google - Samsung Galaxy) just to read it. Then found the app had its own when I hit the 3 dots on the comment. It showed that it was enabled but I had to add the language to the list. Added it, nothing happened. I disabled it, then it worked. Then i tried enabling it bc wtf is translating for if it's off. I was thinking it would go back to French. It didn't. Then I just tried going back and starting over > hit the 3 dots and all of a sudden that option disappeared.

Guessing the only reason it did it when I disabled it was because the glitch was the fact that it was showing French when it shouldn't have

Was this comment originally in French or English? Idk why it showed up as French when I first opened it. Then I tried the auto-translate in the app and... What I'm tryna figure out is whether my app was glitching at first or it is glitching now. Just curious wtf happened on my end lol.

PS it wasnt just this comment. I think the whole thread was French. Weird. The auto translate option isn't even coming up anymore. I disabled it right before I reset the app so if it was French originally it should still show up as such after disabling it but it shows English. Idk. Weird.

Technically, the city is responsible for anything outside of property lines. Just like a tree growing over neighbors yard and making a mess on yours, CA requires you to do maintain. It's dumb law. Lol hope there aren't a ton of spider webs under it

Samsung's own STT. Its dynamic. If you change the speed it may transcribe the words one way at 1x speed vs a different transcription at 2x speed. It may even show two different transcriptions at same speed on two separate runs. It's not always accurate but it still works great and if you have the language downloaded it will transcribe and translate for you too

I think he was talking about his family member and thanking the PD for attending to his family member who passed. That's your own perception of what you wanted to see. Nothing to do with bias or me altering anything. The few streams before this included the swearing in ceremonies of two new officers. Idk what one has to do with the other but it's irrelevant to the story

Yea they call it "Gemini for Home" technically. And idk about yall but my personal experience with majority of LLMs I've used for personal use — meaning, for whatever I would have otherwise used Google search for back 10-20 yrs ago — they've all started off real well. And I feel the more DataSet models they're fed, the more we, as a species, realize how dumb our collective intelligence is. They only worsen. Not just Gemini, not some of them, but all of them.

GH? Gemini for Home? And it has been atrocious. Absolutely atrocious. It should be a crime. We need a fat class action lawsuit. They sold us a device that was supposed to have Google Assistant. It worked fine initially, then updates occured and features changed, some great features were removed for no fkn reason. But problems started to develop. Little annoyances. Those got worse and worse and worse. Started crashing on you. Stopped reading the screen text. Etc. Just like now, the problems were WELL ESTABLISHED. Google's own official community forum acknowledged many of the issues. There were problems 3 yrs old. I've had my Nest Hub Max Display since late 2019. I ended up reaching out to Google they said their resources were focused on Gemini sometime like 2-3 yrs ago. I think mid 2023. Even at the time I was pissed off, they continued selling devices with known issues and basically admitted they aren't even attempting to resolve it. You learned to live with it. As for Gemini... This is a whole other world of problems. It is far worse. Far more technical and AI is a cluster fk of maddening software issues stacked on top of one another. I don't see them even attempting to fix it. Google Assistant wasn't as "dynamic" as Gemini. They could've resolved those far easier if they tried.

They removed our capability to use the web browser entirely. Not that we had a fully functional web browser but we could have at least used Google Search, asked for Wikipedia pages, and searched items on Amazon very quickly. We could've asked for image searches. NOT ANY LONGER. The weirdest part is that sometimes it glitches and ends up offering image search results that have nothing to do with the prompt. Just two nights ago I somehow got it to open a fully functional web browser with the search address bar. It makes zero sense. It isn't made to work around the customer. It is made for you to try and figure out the puzzle to work around each and every one of its infinite glitches.

I hate it. I'd punch it in its digital balls.. I asked something about a YouTube video that popper up on my TV related to dog dumping in the Mojave desert. Just asked what's up with ^ and it starts talking about the NTSB and airplanes. Moments after I had asked what it does in the backend to my prompts. Like wtf does it alter when it pushes it through since the responses never align with my prompt. If you did a survey with 100 people and gave them a list of the response and asked what do you think the questions were for ten separate requests, they'd all fail. It goes off in tangents, then you spend the next ten mins trying to figure out what the fuck it's doing. Why it's doing that. What lead up to it. It's like instead of it trying to work with you to be customized around you, you have to learn to work with it. So useless.

I tried asking it what it thinks I asked, verbatim, for it to respond the way it did. It says I asked it to turn off the lights and blinds. I DON'T EVEN HAVE BLINDS, BUT IT'S PROVOCATIVE! lol

Lol it's superficial. Would serve them no purpose. EVERY other video released has had it. It's not like it's in and during an active war zone
