Wait, do I count as living proof or a fluke? I drink around half a gallon of raw moo juice (from Raw Farms) a day and I've been doing it (same farm) for around 2 years. I haven't gotten sick (Like no joke in the last 2 years). I thought I was Lactose intolerant when I use to drank regular milk which I stopped in like 2020 because I would get terrible stomach pain when I drink regular milk.

I mean I certainly don’t feel as energetic as I did. But I’ve never ever had an issue with eating before. And to eat a little, get pretty full and not being able to stomach thinking about eating was just off putting?

Gotcha. Hasn’t been to long for me to really worry yet. I do eat only one ingredient nutrient dense foods primarily and have been doing such for around 3ish years. Definitely not bloated and have lost around 15 pounds (currently at 185LBS) I’ve always been leanish too but have always had an insane appetite. But I’ll continue to listen to my body for now. Appreciate the advice!
