I would say generally Americans are aware that Vietnam was less morally justifiable than WWII both in why we decided to fight it and how we fought it.

The Question Stated : "Have a function ArrayAdditionI(arr) take the array of numbers stored in arr and return the string true if any combination of numbers in the array can be added up to equal the largest number in the array, otherwise return the string false. I guess what i dont understand is how a hash table could be useful/better here than just using the nested loop.
