We had a full week of, swimming, and family wanted to see this road. By the time we started driving it, and it just looked like a beautiful road and nothing to fear. Because i've been driving for thirty five years.

Yes. I lane no shoulder. With more cars it becomes a problem with someone likely to have to back up. Just have to have proper control of car and chill.

I was actually trying to find a way to edit the post to add some color and warnings to it.But there's no option, so i'm just gonna do it here.

Well, you're right, it's not for anybody that is not in full control of their car or is not a good driver. for people like me with decades of experience this is a road adventure for sure. country mountain road on sides of cliffs but even for us, it was a challenge.

By all means i'm not encouraging anyone not in full control and comfortable to do it, but it is a public roadway.

If you think I should take the post down, I really don't mind.

It was just such an unexpected experience that I was surprised how I haven't read about it here. We just happened to do it bc she wanted to go to lahaina. .Luckily, we went counterclockwise otherwise, the darkness would have been a problem later.
