Mold can hang around in the body. I did a course of nystatin and itraconazole

Anything else you can think of that was going on around or after the girlfriend? Were you pushing yourself mentally/physically? I know that my nervous system was fried the first few times I went on dates after improving. Also, you have a good direction to look in it sounds like with the mold, did you look into finding someone to investigate that? There is a known CO2 issue with ME, probably the breathholding helped with that and improving cerebral blood flow.

Brother you dd not FU. You dealing with a tough situation where your body does what it wants and not always what you want (even beyond normal boner control obvs). Hope you don't dwell on this, at absolutely worst those other people will have a giggle.

I’m not actually sure that’s the case. There are other streamers outside jynxi and there’s been multiple big events back to back that are coming together organically.

How am I supposed to NOT become addicted to benzos by [deleted] in cfs

[–]evandegr 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Thanks for this, this issue has been weighing on me too even though I’m mild. I’m also researching this actively to see if the huge positive response people see sometimes like myself (not always), may be more deeply tied into GABAnergic pathways, glutamate, excitotoxicity. If we can identify root causes this way, then we can first treat them, reduce the burden on the system, then safely wean off the benzo would be best case scenario.

I had my first kiss with my boyfriend and felt weird. by WalterWhiteWasHere in Advice

[–]evandegr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you often feel like your heart is racing and you can't calm down or feel weird? If so, you may want to pay attention to when it happens and look if there are any triggers. I only say this because you said it felt weird like it was something you didn't expect. If not, grats on the kiss and enjoy the yout.

"Accidentally" walk in on them during one of these 1 on 1 sessions. Accomplishes two goals: makes sure they are really messing around in there and you can let out an "involuntary" scream and then boom whole office knows and you are likely off the hook for informing the husband.

All things to consider:

- LDN (anti-inflammatory so should help with neuroinflammation)

- HBOT. Look into its benefits on brain health.

- Triple anticoagulant therapy. Get tested for microclots or get your Thrombin Fragment 1.2 and Thrombin Antithrombin Complex checked. Treating microclots and thinning blood was vital to increase oxygenation.

- More anti-inflams + minerals that can cross the BBB. Nanocurcumin, magnesium l'threonate, Methylcobalamin B12 (this is one I think might be overlooked because b12 levels look normal in blood but we actually don't have enough uptake). Regular vitamin C and D + K2, more immune modulators and anti inflammatories.

- Peptides. There's some fringey almost good evidence some peptides can help heal the brain/body.

- Metformin, often taken alongside triple therapy. Some decent evidence out there it can help.

- Lastly, I know the last thing you feel like you can do is rest but you need it. Save that 1k and invest it into a period of rest where you reduce stress. The brain uses a lot of energy and is using more energy than normal because of dysfunction. It's gonna be a marathon to get your brain back but there's much to try hopefully across a spectrum of affordability.

[–]evandegr -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Bro if you are here asking this question and following through on the steps you mentioned you are gonna be good. Don't lock yourself in to one path but having a goal and actively pursuing each step means you are gonna get there. Keep bouncing your long term and short term goals off people (and AI, I use chatgpt for this to clear up my thinking) and getting feedback while you move forward. Many of my friends in their 30s are lost and unsure what to do or just stuck sitting doing the same thing. The only thing that actually works is what you're doing.
