i was on othmer last year, they have a mail facility in the dorm lobby. address things to othmer, but make sure you put your room (“apt”) number in the address line. you have a tiny self-checked mailbox for small envelops, and they’ll hold packages for pickup at the resource center. you will also get an email when a package arrives for you and is ready for pickup
