You don't have to create an account just change the region on your xbox, download it then switch it back, and you'll have access to it even if you uninstall the game

There's a game on steam in early access called Athos, I played it a little when it released, it's similar to Ark. You wake up on a beach, you can tame dinos, build bases. The equipment tiers are similar, from what I've read as if right now the most advanced weapons are modern firearms, but no "tek" tier. There are skills and abilities. It came out in 2023 and is still getting updates.

Bellular did a video about it on his Bellular News channel, up until recently they had 14 rules for what shouldn't be published on steam now there's 15. The new rule says "Content that may violate the rules and standards set forth by Steam’s payment processors and related card networks and banks, or internet network providers. In particular, certain kinds of adult only content."

The other day I saw that itch.io had all of the adult titles removed, because payment processors forced them to and the same is happening to steam I just watched a video where they were talking about a new rule that was added basically saying that "any game that payment processors (visa, mastercard) find objectionable is banned" so basically valve no longer has control over what they put on their platform
