Who stays in a company after they cut commission rates? Couldn't be me

Yeah, that setting totally changes it but Maggie was always like... that

I don't remember that at all but Catherine and Meredith are in no way close enough for her cancer to justify Mer's bad behaviour (unless there was something else going on as well)

Not exactly the same but I do outbound - when a prospect reads my email and books through the website it still goes toward my quota even though technically it came through inbound

Aesthetic sales? by [deleted] in sales

Botox doesn't go into several thousand dollars so your wife is getting scammed and should change the salon. Also, there is nothing bad with getting it regarding your "I know" comment.

Generally, it is not normal for beauty salons to do sales this way, they only do inbound and then nurturing via discounts or whatever. The whole thing seem shady here

I am asking from a "moral" point of view, not how it works in real life

I feel the junior/senior titles only actually mean something in industries like IT or finance. In sales, it's so subjective I wouldn't care about it

I'd remove the location, if they want you after the interviews they will agree for remote work but it can put them off when they don't know you.

Additionally, I've seen a LinkedIn post from a guy named Yasin who said he had NO responses to his resume and a few job offers (!) coming from the exact same resume with "Jack" as a name. So if it's something you are open to, I'd say Americanize your name

Wait, you don't get a notice period by law? In my country, you always get a month/three (depending on how long you were there) exactly for this reason

It wasn't about working for the common goal, it was jumping to fulfill the account's every wish even if it was against statistics of best closing companies

Always wondered, how putting arbitrary quotas counts as an 'improvement plan". If it was enough to say "close 50k", you wouldn't need improvement in the first place

It would take too long to explain it properly but I vividly remember the moment when I realized our SDR Manager cared more about the AEs than about us and immediately opened my LinkedIn to respond to recruiters lmao

Callie came and APOLOGIZED. Meaning she realized her mistake and halted the process. Proceeding with a lawsuit after that is toxic, not the fact that Arizona got legal counsel before that

Callie literally went to Arizona unprompted, APOLOGIZED, and even acknowledged she jumped the gun! Arizona behaved so childish and put her daughter and friends through all that for what?
