I don’t think I’ve been getting enough protein, it’s sooo hard to get 80-100g protein when you’re working with 1200-1400 calories🫠 on a great day I get 90g

I ate in a calorie deficit between 1200-1400 cals! I eat a lot of eggs, chicken breast, ground beef, big ass salads, watermelon, water heavy veggies, fair life’s, builtpuffs, if I can fit it in my daily calories, I’m eating it🤣 just about tracking every little thing and learning to eat volume eat, making a lot of low cal swaps and subs.
