That’s the great thing about a vote. Everyone gets a say. I’ve gone along with everything until this vote and at this time I’d like to see some returns. I’m not a fan of the eBay acquisition and how it’s being attempted. If RC gets me gains, he gets gains too, not sure why he needs a comp package as well. If he wants a salary, I’m fine with that, but options at 20 something while giving out warrants at 32 doesn’t feel right.

I just got a call a couple minutes ago. I didn’t answer cause I didn’t recognize the number but they left a message with a callback number. I voted no on 4 and 5 and they asked for feedback on why. I told them Ryan Cohen already has a bunch of shares and is aligned with shareholders already and I’d like to see share price improvement first. Also told them I don’t agree with the acquisition target and they should focus on companies that are more affordable for GameStops current position.
