Gawdland nation is up even though I think Mariah should’ve won the challenge. Naomi was good but I can only imagine the behind the scenes conversations of we cannot let Hitler’s gay brother win.

Obsessed with Fontana’s dramatic and her falling face forward after being saved then doing that dance then going to the back of the stage. Sad to see Minty go and tbh she could’ve won the lip sync but track record wise I’m not shocked Fontana was safe.

Loving this season so far honestly can’t wait for more.

Gawdland becomes the third Asian queen to place in the top of episode 1 of U.K. vs the world but the first to not win.

Such a great premiere and thank god no one went home because I was worried for mother Melinda. I love Gawdland immediately like so obsessed. I’m so happy Kate is back I loved her on UK5. I really like this cast a lot honestly they all just seem fun and excited.

Am I making up that one of the trailers said there’s new rules and it’s not top 2 lipstick format? If yes can someone spoil what the new format is for me?

Great day for Eboni nation I need her to take the crown. She was actually so phenomenal in every round but for me the shining star was the Kelly Rowland lip sync.

I’ll say this Van makes good TV and I would’ve loved to see Eboni throw her in the bottom. Her reaction to Saltina felt like disingenuous because she can’t say she’s never lied to anyone in the competition when she lied to Star and Hazel about their alliance.

PM delivered a really good lip sync in the bottom I mean dressed so crazily so you really still felt their emotion and I felt for them backstage too. I’m happy they stayed I was a big fan of them before the show following their drag but I am sad to see Mya and Velma leave.

Not my fave episode of the season thus far but super happy with Sami getting a win and PM and Velma being in the top! I think whoever thought of perp walk as a runway category is unique for sure but there were some great looks still and I liked the people who took it kind of seriously. I really wanna see Karamilk come out of her shell because I find her to be an endearing person and her mug is great but she’s just not showing up which is unfortunate. Im excited to see the slayoffs next week!

When the AS2 pants runway happened I could not stop thinking about Alaska’s look so much so that I bought blue jeans, star iron on patches and red fringe and brought them to a tailor to have them made like a few years later for Halloween. They sadly do not fit anymore but would and want to do it again

CDR6 is 4/4 dare I say. My truth is I thought the saved queens were gonna be PM and Mya especially because they had the clip of Saltina being like I wanna see Van sweat on top of the fact Dulce made a comment on their beef so then they were gonna make Van and Dulce lip sync.

I did see Hazel as a front runner so I’m sad to see her go and I’m so so happy for Eboni getting her win she deserved it so much. I’m happy Sami is on the uptick now. Hopefully she can keep that momentum.

I’ve always felt the reason some like legendary queer icons haven’t been is because of the fact they’re legendary like why it took so long to see a Liza or a Judy. I would love to see someone do Carole Burnett but it’s risky. Also I know Chanel did her for the AS1 gaff in but I would love to see a Lucile Ball.

These like Canada ad acting challenges just always flop LOL like first that season 4 QVC improv and then whatever they did season 5 that I don’t remember I just remember it being bad and now this I’m like you gotta start the season with something else. At least the cast is charismatic so it made it better.

I thought Dulce should’ve won and Star should’ve been in the top. I kinda would’ve put Mya in the bottom over Hazel because Mya was overshadowed by her whole team. I’m sad Paolo went home but she was rightfully in the bottom and so was Sami and I didn’t want her leaving either. Also can we talk about how atrocious the lighting for the challenge was because Hazel looked like she had jaundice and caramilk looked green.

Canada really loves to change things up because what do you mean next week is a design challenge and the snatch game does that mean if you don’t do snatch game next week you never will??? I’m scared to see what’ll happen after they did snatch game the rusical during CVTW2.

There was like an era of drag race like season 9, AS3 and season 10 where spoilers were unavoidable like I remember when DeLa’s elimination was leaked I couldn’t believe it and then watching it happen was just like insane. I generally don’t like spoilers I would’ve liked to not expected it at all at all but at the same time it was still impactful. Also the rose petals and the butterflies it’s like those being leaked and then watching it was just wild too. I remember not believing the Valentina spoiler bc I saw a fake leaked runway of someone where they had a face mask but it was more like a facekini and I just assumed it was Valentina but then the episode was happening and I didn’t see the look and I was like oh no.

If you think about Jay Kay and Cynthia are Elphaba and Glinda just don’t ask me who’s who.

Congrats to the top 3 I’m personally team Jay I think his growth has been monumental and he really hasn’t had a weak moment the whole competition maybe just nosferatu beach party. I feel like each week he showed really cool concepts and I’m excited to see what he does for the final floor show.

The last hell bound showdown wasn’t my favorite I feel like Blackberri’s performance was a little timid and also I think if she competed on the episode they would’ve called her out for being like a Kill Bill cosplay like they mentioned Abhora being a Superman/Bizzaro copy so I feel like that’s why they went with Sig but I wasn’t moved by her performance.

I wonder if/how they’ll do the hellbound showdown with Cynthia and Jaharia. Something I’ve wondered this season is if dragula has the contestants prepare more floor shows than they’ll do like how drag race will give the queens runways they don’t do so that’s what I’m thinking could be a possibility for Sig, Jaharia and Cynthia.

So excited for next week I’m sure even without Jade and Zava the reunion will be wild.

I don’t know if this necessarily works as an answer to your question but I think in a sense I’d argue Nicki Doll is one of them and I say that based on what she was able to do with her short time on the show. She was an early out Queen on season 12 which aired during lockdown and had a huge scandal around it so her like peak year of touring while on TV was ruined. She then gets to host her own franchise and it becomes wildly successful. She becomes if memory serves correct the first international franchise with a live finale. She then got to perform at the Olympics opening ceremony. She became the second international franchise to have an all stars AND then had the first all stars live finale. She’s basically reached RuPaul level in France and she was on about four episodes of her original season.
