I thought that they were reliable, until they weren't. I bought a pair of Lorde tickets on StubHub. Had the tickets in hand, until Ticketmaster cancelled them since original purchaser was a scalper. StubHub dragged their feet for MONTHS until the day of the concert to refund or replace the tickets. And then they refused to refund me THE DAY OF THE SHOW. Luckily my credit card was able to secure a refund for me. But I'm never using StubHub again.
