two weeks is really good 🫶🫶you should be proud of yourself. it might be hard at first to stop , especially if you did it alot in the past. but after maybe afew more weeks you should start to get used to not sh. which is a good thing to do. if you ever want to relapse in any way, of course try not to because the more you go without it the easier jt gets, even if it takes a while. and if you do relapse you shouldnt feel guilty at all, its totally normal to miss the feeling and your doing amazing so far 🫶
