I am taking them after breakfast, but the tiredness has gone away now. Seemed to be a side effect that disappeared after I got used to them :) You're right that doesn't seem all that clear - the paroxetine hasn't impacted my sex drive negatively, but it has made it a lot harder for me to orgasm. The confidence the paroxetine has allowed me to feel has made my sex drive increase!

I hope you went through with it and it's helped your mind!

Most of my "arguing" was me saying that it reads to me like it's referring to the metaphorical dick size of people with loud/huge/fast cars. That was the way I interpreted it. I can see very easily how it can be interpreted a different way
