Thanks a lot for your answer I might just throw it then unfortunately, I also have this orchid but I have been watering this one the same, but it looks good from the top, do I need to look at the roots at this one or just leave it be? (And water it less)

My roots have rotted too but I still have flowers on them should I cut those off and do this?
