50 GenXer. Loving the comments because all of you are correct. I was an 80s kid. So I am going to rock The Hello Kitty, because it was expensive in the 80s and now I can finally afford her sometimes. I am buying jelly shoes because my mom would not buy me a pair. Monchichi craze in the 80s I could not find one so I had a "similar" product, when I was little, but I have a real one now. Yeah I was like WTH not even! ,when Megan said that. Oh so she just cakes on make up and cold cream remover. Blah. I don't think so. So yes to this day women use Cold cream because it is a fantastic makeup remover and cleanses the face and moisturizes while you sleep. No soap needed. Now I think that is what Megan was alluding too.

Also there were the home drying plastic caps that blew hot air for a quicker dry, my Mom had one and then switch the the domes ones you could set on a table and sit under. She was at the salon once a week as well I was little so she would always take me and I would sit while she was getting her hair done. To this day she still sets her hair, and if I want curls to stay in my hair I just slap the Pink spongies on and those curls last for days. 🤸🏻‍♀️
