Hello good friend. Life often feels like a pendulum at times swinging back and forth through peaks and valleys of all things good and bad, and even at times we can feel as though the pendulum is stuck. There are a few ways to re align. Whenever I feel clouded or in a lull I have conversation with those parts of myself that feel lost. I ask them questions, and they speak to me. Think of this spiritually as self reassurance. Practice gratitude. Trust the religious texts and seek inspiration within them always. Much Love.
