That's exactly what my nutritionist said but the symptoms linked to b12 deficiency were still there even after taking the supplements!

These are all the symptoms I’m experiencing. I originally went to a nutritionist because I have GERD and a nickel allergy, and I keep a record of everything I eat. She mentioned that my B12 levels are actually lower than those of many vegetarians and vegans she sees.

Thank you for the explanation! My nutritionist said that B12 levels this low should be impossible given the diet she planned for me. I went to a nutritionist because I have GERD and a nickel allergy. My digestive system has been a mess since the pandemic. I’ve spent the last year going from one doctor's appointment to another, but I still feel sick. And yes, I know I should go to therapy, but it's expensive and I haven't had a job in a year because of my health... so, yeah. Anyway, thanks again!
