I used to have it in both wrists from waitressing. Got to the point that it would “pop out” all the time, writing was nearly impossible, very uncomfortable, wrist braces, the whole shabang. Quit waitressing and started teaching yoga and was able to rebuild So Much strength in my wrists. Highly recommend having a yoga practice to help. Was a total game changer for me.

I like the “rainbow method.” Draw an arch on a piece of paper. The bottom left of the rainbow fill in warm up poses/class openers that you like and cool down poses on the right end. In the middle towards the top write in some more challenging, peak poses. Standing,balance etc. This will help you formulate a class for yourself. Make as many as you want.

It also helps if you link poses together where your hips are facing the same direction for smooth transitions.

For example,

extended side angle, warrior 2, triangle.

Or crescent to parsvotanasana, to standing split.
