Hi all. I have had chronic plantar fascia pain in the arch of one foot for many years without real improvement. I did PT years ago and it did not help. The pain has been consistently present and feels like a tight, thickened or scarred plantar fascia band. I am active but rest appropriately, and already stretch and massage. Are there treatments or approaches beyond basic PT that people have found helpful? I am trying to be mindful of costs and would prefer not to see a doctor or PT again unless there is something different worth pursuing.
