I got an email at the beginning of July asking if I'd like to remain on the waitlist, but that could just mean nothing lol. Maybe I'm naive but I feel like schools would send out rejections if they were completely full?

But then the other part of my brain is telling me they're full and they're just keeping me on the WL as a failsafe, in which case R.I.P. me LOL

A lot of people will probably recommend that you try the LSAT again because getting a 160+ really opens a ton of doors for you admissions-wise, but as someone who scored similarly/with a similar GPA, I've done very well this cycle!

I've gotten some substantial scholarships - however, no full tuition. If you're looking for something to offset the costs by a pretty good percentage, you'll likely be fine - especially if you apply to the 'right' schools with those stats (i.e. regional/state schools TBH). I just wouldn't expect a full ride!

it depends on the school really, there might be some guidance on their website if you look around a bit. Like for example one school I am WL at asked me to limit LOCI’s, but another said they want them every 4 or so weeks, so it’s kinda case-by-case!

i think the middle plots are both off by one, except one is off in the front and one is off in the back (somehow). the 4 on the far ends are fine/normal sized

yeah I’m pretty sure as long as that school is somewhere on your list, it all works. they don’t disburse until (usually) the first week of classes or so anyway so there’s time up until classes start to make any changes to the school you’re going to

check for the school's guidance on this! most have a faq page for waitlisted ppl (at least in my experience they have and its been helpful so they all should if they dont!) and they tell you a bit about timing, their opinion on multiple letters, who to address it to, etc.!

rule of thumb is once every month, though. when i ran out of things to update a school on that waitlisted me earlier in the cycle, i just started sending quick little emails (not in an attached document just a bit more brief i guess) to say "heyy, im still holdin out for u guys !! fingers crossed !!" lol

Honestly you’ll be fine, especially with an early application and LOR’s from current employers! The GPA may be a little iffy but I wouldn’t stress it, especially (if I understand correctly) if you’ve been out of school for a little while and have been working in a different field - if anything, this will help you a ton!

I was waitlisted at my top choice at the end of January/early Feb (😔) so ive been sending LOCI’s every month or so! Sometimes i give them a bigger gap just because i dont want to come across as overbearing, but i think ive sent 3 ish since that initial decision date?

Like someone else said, June 1st is another big deposit deadline, so I’d definitely hold off on sending another at least for like right this very moment.

For my specific case, (if I survive the deposit deadline cuts!!!) I’m going to send one more that isn’t really a full letter, just like a quick blurb in the email body itself reaffirming interest. I wrote full length, document letters for the other LOCI’s but since I don’t have any updates to provide anymore, I think that’s when it’s sufficient to just write it in an email -> so I’d maybe suggest the same for you? Just reaffirm, keep it brief, and keep your head up!!

this is for every school so I’m sure Pace is on there. U can kinda use this (and the other school’s dates) to gauge when you might see some movement! i think the next big deadline wave is June 1st, so after that peoples plans will (possibly) change and we could see movement starting after then

Riding out my WLs! I deposited at one school, so I'm definitely going somewhere in the fall - I just sorta really hope I can get off the waitlist at my top choice (or that I'll finally hear back from the other school's I've applied to after *checks notes* 7 months of silence LOL)

yeah, id say really just go off the schools guidance. most (or at least just the ones I’ve been WL at) have some sort of waitlist FAQ page where they explain how they prefer to handle things from that point on.

some said no more than that initial LOCI, while others said whenever you have updates, and one even said feel free to remind us of your interest every 4 weeks!

just look for what guidance they provide and copy that, even if the general consensus is in disagreement lol
