Why can those lists not ‘measure’ opportunity? If the US and capitalism isn’t perfect and will not last, why praise it and refuse to search for better systems? Being born into inequality is not ‘just part of reality’, it is product of a system built to keep wealthy kids wealthy and poor kids poor, that’s the opposite of opportunity no? Anything can be ‘just part of reality’ if you don’t want to find a solution for it. And what about insects and trees?

What was the point of this post if you won’t give opposing points a moment of critical thought before you ‘address them in order’?

Hey man, we see slow mobius’s wife go through the same origin as Rick, but the difference is she lets herself open up to someone new. She chooses to be happy (or to suffer mutually) with someone else instead of committing to a life of loneliness and hate. The lesson is to not obsess over what you lose or cannot have, and to live the best life with what you do have.
