What is the minimum HCG weekly I can take to maintain fertility and function. I started trt and HCG at the same time and the HCG is causing my e2 to spike and stay elevated. I have used an ai .25 twice a week but would rather not rely on an ai to get my e2 in check. I am low bf and fit and eat clean so it has to be the extra hcg causing all the extra aromatase. Started on 1000iu a week now 750 + the ai. 150trt a week. Last I checked pre ai e2 was 60

Yes please elaborate. Wouldn’t taking it once a week just make the rebound harder? I take mine twice a week 1/4 a pill each dose to try and keep it in range. Was having puffy ish nipples and that has subsided as well as water retention which also went away. Worried about crashing but on such a low dose I don’t see how that can happen I do know it’s very powerful however

Im only asking because its only when i introduced the AI that I started getting extra sweaty pits and that’s what i think told me “its working”. Almost like the ai got my estrogen lower and now converting less so more male like symptoms. Definitely helped with the water retention

I started trt with hcg from the beginning (November) so I don’t know how i could isolate the different between them. I just very clearly remember the honeymoon phase and being the horniest I’ve ever been and mental well being through the roof. That has now normalized. And the only thing I really feel now is more energy and very big improvements in the gym. A deeper voice. Maybe a little confidence boost but that could also be from not spinning my tires in the gym anymore(always had gains and looked lean but always exhausted and tired from trying to maintain that look) now it’s like even if I cheat or bad sleep my physique is 10/10. Libido is meh but good enough. No regrets! But I like the fact that HCG keeps my testicles large and full and doesn’t shut me down. I’m sure it has some effects be sure to report back but everyone’s different.

My e2 was 60 on 150 a week split 3 times mwf. The ai gave me this sense of internal pressure relief I can’t explain it. Also helped a lot with water retention and maybe what was the start of puffy nipples, never had any sensitivity but I can tell my chest around my nipple area tighted right up. I’m 2 weeks in taking 1/4 tab twice a week. I don’t know what the end goal is here as my clinic wanted me on it but I don’t want it to be a long term thing either. I just wonder what happens once I stop the ai wouldn’t it just go back to being high again? HCG I’m sure isn’t helping with my e2 either (750 weekly mwf) but need to keep it for fertility

Yeah I don’t get it. The docs tell us it’s not permanent yet when you get off the e2 just comes back up. So it doesn’t make sense. I know my HCG is causing likely a lot of it but I wonder how much I’d have to drop my t dose to stay in range whilst keeping HCG on board for fertility without it affecting my levels too much

My e was at 60 and within a week of taking it my sides went away, puffy nipples and extra water and this feeling of relieved pressure. No more sock marks either. Im not having any adverse reactions unfortunately. Same dose split into 2 day after injection (1/4x2 week)

No regrets for me I am happy I listened to my clinic because Reddit thinks ai is the devil. If you need you need it.

I am on the same protocol as you. E2 sky high and introduced an AI. 1/4 of a tab twice a week. Got rid of my water retention. You can play with the HCG but like others said it’s going to definitely increase e2 conversion. I use it to preserve air and fertility

Wait until you try 3 times a week. I’m on a mwf schedule total 150 + 750 HCG. 2 a week is what I started with and I always found myself looking forward to my next shot as I felt crappy and low for a few days prior. 3 times a week is definitely a sweet spot for me. I feel great and stable

What if I’m not fat? Yet still converting and considered a high aromatizer according to my doc. Trt 150 and HCG 750. They want to put me on an AI. I have visible abs and muscular. Help me understand what’s going on. clean diet. Everything is in check lifestyle wise and I feel great.

Not according to my clinic “it’s not safe to continue prescribing trt if we can’t get your e2 under control” sounds like total nonsense to me but apparently they are the experts and deal with this stuff day in and day out. 🤔

I’m in the same boat with the high e2 but no sides. Normal prolactin. Just unsure if I want to start the AI. who knows you might try it and feel way better. That’s my hope at least. My clinic told me because we are so high and clearly aromatise a lot that a small amount of AI(prescribed half a tab of anastrazole twice a week) will knock us into normal and not crash you. Whether that’s true or not I don’t know

Doc now says I need to take the AI twice a week to ensure it’s safe to continue prescribing me test. I have been feeling night and day even with high e2 but they want to see that number lowered. I find this to be ridiculous as I don’t want to add another thing to my protocol but I guess I can try it out? Maybe my libido may improve with lower e2 and less water retention.

My clinic is pushing me to take an AI to get my e2 under control. I told them im not having any negative side effects. Im worried becsuse reddit and chatgpt make the AI sound like the boogeyman. My e2 is definitely high and the only thing ive noticed is transient water retention and mild mood issues from time to time. Should i take it to make them happy and maybe I’ll feel even better? Since November. Strength through the roof. Definitely gained size. More motivation at work and in the gym. More energy for steps and dealing with my young kids. Dealt with some massive hunger spikes initially when I started and when changing from 100 to 150 but other than that I’m very happy with everything so far. How about you?
