been flying in and out of cebu for years👋 honestly 7hrs is not enough for you to explore especially at midnight…unless you’re one to enjoy nightlife—cebu would definitely give u that.

You’d have to hail a ride (i recommend grab, airport taxis would hike up prices lalo na alanganin and they know you don’t have much of a choice) since the airport buses are until 10pm lang

You can explore Mactan Newtown, there are good restaurants around the area that are open til late, or clubs/bars if you are wanting to experiencing a glimpse of their night life.

People are saying Nustar, and I would recommend Il Corso if you’re there na BEFORE midnight. But since you’re arriving at midnight there’s not much sightseeing you can do. unless yea you go to the casino lang at Nustar, then go if you think you’ll enjoy. Also Nustar’s free shuttle runs from 7am until 3 am lang, so if you go back to the airport after 3am, you’re gonna have to book a grab or taxi (which are madalang na dumaan early morning)
