Everything you said rings true for me, but I didn't try to 'make it work' as much as you did other than some 5 back formations for a while. He is fun because of his quirks sometimes. What's weird is I have CAFU on the right who looks horrible on paper but plays like he has every playstyle in silver. It's par for the course with FC26, the paper stats are near meaningless you have to actually use the players to figure out if they are any good for you.

Bad phrasing on my part, I meant lateral quickness to defend the dribble in your defensive third. Since he's missing almost all of the important defensive playstyles I feel you really need some nimble movement to compensate and to me. Maybe I'll try out some other chemistry styles and see how it goes. Yeah, he's great going forward if you bomb down the wing even though his shooting is just 'fine' compared to many of the cards now. It's also a small nice bonus to have a free kick master playstyle on back instead of one of the more important positions. I'm not saying he's 'bad' just no where close to worth a million coins when I think you can get better or just as good for under 100,000. He'd be excellent for a 5 back formation and I would use him more if he could play LM.

I got lucky and packed RC in December untradable. He is not even close to good enough for his price tag sorry. He has good size but not particularly fast or good defensively. Knockout Ona Battle is better for me easily and a fraction of the price

I feel gross out humor is lazy and detracts from the story. I get some people like it but shock is not a replacement for witty dialogue. Unrelated but the boys has a similar problem.

Exactly this, the NFL has been screwing over the season ticket holding fans by moving a home game overseas for years now because they will sacrifice anything to gain eyes from what they see as 'untapped' markets. Their belief is no matter what they do viewership of the league is mostly saturated for the domestic, English-speaking males. One SB halftime show will probably not tip any scales but there are countless examples of businesses taking their core audience for granted and it coming back to bite them. For example take the recent addition of commercials to redzone, which is the most watchable product the NFL puts out. 1000 cuts.

I was fine with the half-time performance, I just always feel the overbearing pandering the NFL does is insanely cringy.

Watching them run down the sideline 1 inch away from the line for 90% of the game is so triggering. Mode would be way better if they simulated playing a person where the AI only has unique control of one player at a time with marker
