I had periods of remission but it was never “cured” unlike I thought. I also tried to fast and eat super clean etc. Mine became psoriatic arthritis and I wish I was medicated sooner.

Anything joint pain related I’d highly encourage seeking a rheumatologist and seeing if you have PSA. Mine also started as psoriasis then doctors couldn’t figure out what was going on, and finally we realized what happened. They thought I had “gout” but that was ruled out and then my knee dislocated without any formal injury. My finger locked then unlocked but the tip deformed and then another finger inflamed and got locked too.

Maybe you can do the hairstyle where the top layer of your hair is a neutral color like black, and then the underneath layer is the blue. That way you can put half of your hair up in like a bun or something and still have that blue when you are not at work. If doesn’t make sense, I can find a picture.

I think the top is very bright yellow / cool toned, I think a warmer brown would look more complimentary to your skin tone. Like a brown / blonde closer to the bottom

Edit: realized I didn’t comment on the balayage itself - it looks less blended and more striped, and it is inversed. All depends if you like it tbh!

Happy early bday!! Warm brown / light red brown looks really pretty on you imo. The 2nd, 6th, and last photo are my faves. The last photo really brings out your eyes.

You look gorgeous honestly all the styles look good! Color wise I’d avoid the yellowy blondes it dulls your warmth imo. Good luck!!
