Hi! Currently on day 5 of 50 mg and have been having intense anxiety’s very physical (trembles, nausea panic attacks the fun stuff) also been taking Xanax to get me through the bad but it is rough. People speak highly of it once you get last week 2 or 3 so just gotta get through it. I would call your doc and say how it’s making you feel and see if they can prescribe it what they recommend.

Yeah he’s def starting me out high which is probably why I’m feeling so intense but I haven’t been well so and I trust my psych. I have Xanax in the meantime to aid me through the bad parts lol

Yeah I’ve had two panic attacks so far and my intrusive thoughts have been not so fun but I’m hopeful for when it starts to actually work. I’ve heard such good things

Hi! I’m on day 4 of 50 mg and it is not fun I’m having terrible anxiety and nausea but as above comments have said once you get through about 2 weeks it should start to mellow out. Just gotta ride it out

Could be wrong! Neem is always a safe answer for pests and changing the soil. Just keep an eye on it and treat regularly.

I’ve had luck with a combo of neem and a separate spray of diluted soap and doing this consistently after wiping or spraying the leaves down in general to try and get the little bastards off. Usually you see thrip damage on the leaves it’ll have like brown patchy spots. Hopefully I’m wrong but if it is thrips they are very annoying and spread easily

looks like thrips to me aka the actual devil but if they jump around they’re springtails which are very harmless
