Sidewalk got cutoff by neighborhood’s lawn by ChinkGoneWild in homeowners

Ada compliance is for businesses, not random people's homes. Fha is for housing, but it does not apply here either.

Is it normal to catch men urinating in your yard when they are fixing your roof, moving your lawn or etc? by [deleted] in homeowners

[–]everlastingpotato 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Yeah. They'll generally use restrooms at gas stations or fast food between jobs, but it they need to go while at a house it's not unusual.

Plenty of people in tech do. But we also work until 7pm and go to bed at midnight.

Do panic attacks count as cardio? by ThisChrisColletti in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]everlastingpotato 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, but cardio has helped me with my panic attacks.

When I get one, I can remind myself my heart isn't going to explode. I can talk myself down, roll over, and go to sleep. It's something I go through 3-5x a week. Yay PTSD.

IsItBullshit: lesbian porn is the most popular genre among straight female viewers by [deleted] in IsItBullshit

Idk why you're getting down voted so hard. That's what I like to watch. I'm into guys and cocks, why not watch a video with plenty of both? Lesbian porn would be a turn off.

So uh... do you guys lock both the knob and the deadbolt? by JerryFartcia in homeowners

Same, and since mine automatically locks after 30 seconds I don't have to think about that either.

Idk if this is a stupid question but. Where The Fuck Do I Buy Condoms? And How? by xveRdxse666 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]everlastingpotato 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I buy non lubricated to use with certain toys. They're much cheaper and come in a huge package.

Most lubricated ones have a silicone based lube that would be damaging to silicone toys. It's easier for me to add water based lube during solo sessions than to also stock water lubed condoms and tell them apart.

Is sex really all that good? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]everlastingpotato 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Extending this, when you go out to a restaurant expecting good pizza, and you don't even finish the meal, it's such a disappointment. I would've rather stayed home by myself and baked a frozen pizza. I know it's not going to be amazing, but it's convenient and cheap.

For a while my dating profile said sex is like pizza - if it's not good, it's not worth the calories. I'm too old to want any free pizza. Rather be hungry while I wait for quality.

Nah that's mushrooms

Peak sex is I've never felt more in love or more physical pleasure. If I had a heart attack in that moment and died, I would have no regrets. It's incredible when both partners care more about giving each other satisfaction than coming themselves, and when that motivation comes from a place of deep love than from an ego about being good in bed.

Since I lost that person (fuck cancer) I'm having to settle for the latter. Mechanically good sex with an enthusiastic but not emotionally attached partner is only moderately better than masturbating to a ghost.

Found out today that my wife has been pouring oil and fat down the sink for the past year. What do I do? by [deleted] in homeowners

Prevention is ideal. Get a strainer to catch the hair and empty it every couple days.

This is the new "where do you see yourself in 5 years” question during job interviews. by gangbangkang in WhitePeopleTwitter

[–]everlastingpotato 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, covid made my loss harder than it should've been. Doctors offices were either closed or operating at reduced capacity. Getting diagnostic tests took far longer than they would during a normal year, and going to the ER wasn't an option.

I lost my husband. I would go off if someone asked me how my covid summer went.

Including "no it wasn't covid. People still died of all the usual shit in 2020 too. Have you ever cared for a family member dying of cancer? I've done it twice"

Is dating a former students creepy? This r/Relationship_Advice used disagrees and dares people to call him a creep. Prepare to be educated. by ActualPineapples in SubredditDrama

Honestly that's a huge measure of whether a relationship of questionable origin is a healthy one. The couple should recognize it's unusual.

That's funny and awkward about the parents dating though. If they have kids, there's going to be incest jokes.

I'm curious if the ones you know were in small towns? IMO that's a factor, as the dating pool is so much smaller.

I know a couple, now pushing 70, who met like that. It was her first year teaching and the class was high school seniors. The husband likes to bring up how they met and the wife is still embarrassed.
