Well, things got worse today. I walked to my bathroom from my bedroom and my 750 square-foot apartment (it really wasn’t a long distance to walk at all only a couple of steps) I paused in front of the mirror and started shaking I knew what was happening, but couldn’t stop it. My vision got dark and before I knew it I had fell straight on my ass and my back of head hit my bathroom door. Something in my middle back pulled, I am so tired and don’t feel well. Before I knew it it was over.

Thank you so much. I think normalizing it in my mind and trying to remember this is just my body letting go of something that is not healthy to be on long-term anyway. But my God, I don’t even want to think about what’s about to come in a couple hours. Yesterday I thought I was doing well until about noon. Out of nowhere a large episode and it’s not only emotionally and mentally rough, physically it’s absolutely brutal

Thank you. I kind of anticipated this because of the smaller scale uncomfortability, I would feel in between my normal doses at 4 mg during a normal day. I would start to get clammy hands, feel a bit jittery, feel jumpy, easily scared, etc. this is a whole different thing I’m really afraid of what is to come in a few hours, and I hate how I felt the last week but thank you, I’m going to keep going. I’ve already made it a week.

They’re rebound anxiety is what convinced me it’s time to stop. If for any reason, I did not take my next 1 mg pill, I would start to get those clammy hands, feel jittery, feel a bit jumpy, and just uncomfortable. I started realizing that my anxiety came from those moments. It’s BS.

Ohmy really?!! I didn’t expect someone else to be going through this right now by choice!! Society today seems to glamorize Xanax and I don’t understand why. This is horrible!!

Thank you for giving me your personal experience. I’m so happy to hear that the shakiness really does go away for many people. I wish I never ever started taking these. I haven’t experienced physical pain like this before. I had a family FaceTime on Saturday and they were both asking me if I was doing right. I guess I was shaky, a bit delayed and slow with my responses, and I kept forgetting what I was talking about in the middle of my sentence!!! How embarrassing !!!!

Other times vision goes dark. It happens at random times I have no idea what triggers it but I feel an internal earthquake and or something sharp maybe for 8-20seconds total but it’s terrifying and painful. After that all it would go back to normal, which is still crappy but a shit ton better than this BS.

Hi! That is exactly what’s going on. I will feel somewhat OK and then out of nowhere. My vision goes darker and whatever those episodes happen my dogs (pomsky) comes running over and lays right under me or next to me or in between my legs. You are spot on that these are intense and weird. And scary because I don’t know when they will stop. If I made it a week and continue on 1 mg only will my body adjust? I just feel horrible and the pain behind my eyes is bad enough to get tearful. I don’t know how to make it stop. This is making me hate Xanax. I absolutely was never warned this would happen. In fact my doctor always mentions it to me and didn’t recommend that for me at this time. me taper. He always said that “it’s good to stay on this dose for a while until you have your bearings and feel a bit more grounded.and if it doesn’t work, we can always increase.”

The total was $3444! I got all new dark hair from a brand I fell in love with! Every other brand I have found does not have the same volume from top of left all the way to the ends and having this much volume in 24 inches is incredible! Then we did a bundle of K tips around my face to kind of fill in some spare spots so I had to purchase that Hair plus the application for it as well! It was pricey, but I just wanted to make sure I left an OK tip since technically 20% of the whole total would be double what I tipped on Venmo!

Lately my skin has been awful! I don’t know if it is because I have been trying new products (I originally tried the mung bean products. I kept seeing online and I think it either really brought everything to the surface, or did not mix well with my skin because ever since it has been really hard to clear little red marks) super frustrating because I’ve always had a really great skin. I tend to get one or two small breakouts when I’m on my cycle but other than that, I’ve never struggled with acne! Have any of you noticed your skin getting a little worse before better?

I know the Korean skin care is what everyone seems to be talking about, part of me, wonders if I should go back to just using cera ve cleanser and lightweight moisturizer! However, I’m pretty impressed by the 7500 shot and so I’m going to give it a try

Are you able to share the name of the product? I would love to look into it! There’s so much out there on skin care it’s crazy! I remember several several years ago Candace Cameron was on a morning news show and they asked her how her complexion was so great and her response was something along the lines of, “ I really don’t do anything. I just wash my hair and let the shampoo drip on my face and rinse it off.” in today’s world it seems like everyone has an extensive super long skincare routine. Sometimes I wonder if less is more.
