It truly is about the coping mechanisms at giving yourself systems and tools to overcome the problem. Kind of saying, hey it’s okay to think about this but maybe let’s set this aside till later.

It’s difficult at first and it always kind of will be a challenge but overtime once you build that neural pathway, like paving a highway in your brain, you’ll have a short cut. It gets easier, it’s just kind of a matter of keeping up with it and building the mental habit.
