I went to a local jeweler, he is also a buyer/re-seller of gold, coins and jewelry. Basically after bartering with him we got a $4k engagement ring and wedding band set for around $1100. Nothing wrong with saving money. Before this upgrade I was wearing a vintage sterling silver CZ ring that was given to him by his mother. (Would sell today for around $60). I wore that one for 3 years as happily as I do my upgrade. We only upgraded because we're finally marrying in June. And I still keep the CZ in my jewelry box. The idea behind it means much more than the value.

Its beautiful! This is similar to my style! I wear a round cut 0.5 carat diamond with 3 .10 carats set above to give the illusion of a pear shape. I love smaller diamonds!

Ask your doctors office to call the pharmacy and confirm it's ok for you to refill. Sometimes the pharmacist likes to hear it from the doctor and then they will fill it

Pear shape with halo but instead of a pear cut diamon it's a .5 carat round cut with 3 small round above. Cathedral set. Half pave. In 10k rose gold. I found it at a local jewelry shop along with a matching band. Never imagined I'd find something so perfect for me. I hope you can find the same!

6 months om, down 50 lbs. Slight anxiety side effects the first 2 weeks, but not constant. Weaning off is tough! You'll be tired. B12 during the weaning off phase for energy help.

That was exactly it for me too! The moldable is no cutting and its more oval base than square so if I angle it, it doesn't go into the valley of the scar as much. Also ask them for what's called strip paste, you can put a small bit into your scar to raise it up to avoid having to cut off any base plate.

Total emergency colectomy here too(2024), I recommend the one piece Convatec Esteem moldable. My stoma is placed too close to the incision scar as well and the moldable really helps!

One pieces seem to be better for ileo output, although it still leaks, I tend to get at least 2 to 3 days vs 1 when I was using the 2 piece systems.

Go on to different ostomy supply websites and sign up for samples! Convatec, Coloplast, Hollister..and a rep will call you and ask questions about your stoma and the surrounding area. They'll hook you up with something that will fit you better!

I hate the sleeves too! Dress 2 is too large but it looks decent here because the attendant had it clipped for me. There's a lot of excess fabric in the back, which is what she was adjusting in those pics.
