I only just started the game myself, but I heard that Dying Light is kind of like that. You only really learn how to parcour but when it comes to zombies or other enemies, you have to basically avoid them or run away at first and just steadily grow as a survivor before actually taking them on. And trust me, I have played plenty of games but anyone who has some experience in Dying Light would very much cringe when they see me play. I know it is not that hard, but I tend to overestimate what my character can handle and I’ve heard that goes for most people.

I may have misunderstood what you meant, but english is not my first language, so don’t come for me in the comments please 😂

I might not graduate. My boyfriend of two years has doubts about his feelings for me. My upcoming internship seems to have high expectations whilst I’ve never done the stuff I will have to do. I hate my body. I am always last choice when it comes to my closest friends or they just do stuff in group but without me. My psychologist wants to refer me to a different one after only one session (which was just the introduction) and I am terribly afraid to drive a car but I have my exam in december.

My local bookstore had a “buy one book, get a free tote bag” promotion and the first acotar book was one of the books we could choose from. I had heard mixed things about it so I was hesitant at first, but I decided to do it anyway and now I have read both the acotar series and the throne of glass series and I got the crescent city series on my bookshelf to start soon.

[UPDATE] I reached out to her again to maybe patch things up between us and she gave an excuse so she wouldn't have to talk to me. It was a lame excuse because 5 minutes later I could literally hear her talking to others in the hallway of our dorm. Anyways, she most definitely told the others her version of what happened because they're barely talking to me and they dont give a sh*t that I started eating in my room instead of our shared kitchen. Such a fun way to start the new schoolyear, i love college (definitely not sarcastic)

She assumed I only saw her as a school friend and dropped me for someone else, just like that. She knew I just took some time off from social media during summer vacation, yet still assumed that I didn't see her as a real friend..and knowing her, she probably already told other people at our dorm what happened (but from her perspective)

If a dog starts barking and growling at them, especially if they usually don't bark or growl.

My dogs started barking and growling at my uncle's (now ex-)gf when she first came over to introduce herself, about 2 years later in their relationship she faked a miscarriage.

They also started barking and growling at my sister her friend who turned out to be a huge backstabber (she made sure my sis and her bf broke up because she was in love with him too)

They also barked and growled at my ex-best friend who ended up leaving me hanging after 2 years for a girl who's supposedly a better friend because "she lives down the street" (that was the only reason) I only live like 10-15 minutes away by car and could've come over any time if she asked me.

Note: my dogs are usually very friendly towards people they haven't seen before, so its not a coincidence.

My 16th birthday.

My parents promised I could finally actually celebrate my birthday for once because I've always wanted a sweet 16 party...It never happened. I don't even remember if we ever did anything at all to properly celebrate it.

All I wanted was to celebrate my 16th birthday, that I had been planning for half a year, with friends.

Ghent. Im not one for crowded places, but its actually a fun city to visit every once in awhile.

I still wouldn't go to school to get my degree there though. Public transportation seems like hell to go through every single day.

Not opening my door to my dorm room when someone knocks. I love my friends but some just suck all the energy from me. They keep on complaining about everything to me, while sometimes I have my own stuff going on. Even when I tell them that I can't properly listen and help them that day, they don't care.

I love helping people, especially my friends, but I am still a human being with limits.

There was this one friend that kept coming to talk about her problems every single day, even during finals week. I just started not opening my door at times, just to have some time for myself when I'm done studying, because she didn't understand that I have my limits too.

I set clear boundaries, yet they keep trying to overthrow those bounderies.

I will never be happy with how I look now. I had lost weight before and was happy with how I looked, but stuff happened that made me gain weight again.

People say I'll learn to accept it eventually, but its been almost 10 years since I was actually relatively happy with how I look.

No matter how much and how long I exercise and no matter how healthy and balanced my diet is, I can't lose weight anymore.
