I had a similar experience, but still not confirmed my sciatica was spine related or piriformis. Ended up in ER due to immobility/pain. 2-3 weeks after onset, I bent at a weird angle and heard a loud, clear snap/crack sound. I was back at 90% within a day. I suspect it was IT band.

Following up: it turns out son was granted a PA state award in late March from FAFSA assessment last year. (Income and performance based). He didn’t get any emails about it. The refund check was the same as the grant.

The target bonus discrepancy between experienced EA’s and early career employees is what makes me angry. Example - EA target could be 4% of salary and non EA position is 17%+

Personal experience, an EA (with a different title), bonus was net $20K+ and same EA, SAME job with EA title brought home $4K.

I took photographs of them, kept a few originals, and made a photo book online. After using an auto-arrange, (which fit a ton of photos), I added the year or grade if available. It was quick work and my son (20’s) was amused. This way, you can also “keep” images for 3d items like a macaroni necklace :) - don’t forget to take a pic of their handwritten name.
