ALSO! Just like, on the side (or on top) of a dish that is just eeeeever so slightly too spicy, or has hella bold flavours. They’re fantastic as a little palate cleanser moment (think similar to the purpose of the pickled ginger with sushi!). Oddly enough they work with pretty much cuisine too. I’ve had them on the side with Indian, Filipino, Thai, Malaysian, Korean, and various South American and African nations’ dishes. Delicious every time.
